I’m a recent graduate from University of South Florida with a degree in public relations and sociology. An aspiring PR professional, I plan to use my expertise in communications in a career in crisis management, brand management, social media or media relations. More importantly, I’m an energetic person looking for work in a fast-paced environment where I can truly make a difference.

 

I’m fascinated by the mass media, specifically the power and influence it has over the public. It’s a powerful tool that can be used to change the minds of millions. The mass media can start wars; while at the same time inspire people to raise money for a worthy cause. It can make a politician or break a politician and it shapes whole generations of society. That’s something I want to be a part of.

 

Seth Godin said it best when he said, “People do not buy goods and services. They buy relations, stories and magic.” I want to create stories and conjure up magic that will inspire many.

 

So call me whatever you like— be it a PR professional, a storyteller or a magician— as long as you’re calling me (email works too!). I’m eager to start working and ready to make a difference.
